Cancel deluxe drink package?

Can I buy drink package online now , but cancel with no penalty if I change my mind? 

(I’d cancel at l east a week before sailing)

Yes.  You have until 48 hours prior to the cruise to cancel any purchases for a refund.

Yes it's very easy to cancel any planner item. Just go up into your purchase history, click on the item and hit cancel.

You can still cancel once onboard before getting any drinks but refund will be OBC, not back to your credit card.
