Can I change the 2nd passenger name AFTER final payment is made?

Hubby is booked to come on APEX with me in January, but he may not be able to get the time off... so then my cousin would come.

Final payment is due Oct 15th. 

Can I change into her name AFTER Oct 15th?

I could do it about 3-4 weeks before sailing.  But that was in the good old days before covid and so much has changed since then.

Just spoke to Celebrity- its one week out from sailing you can change by. Just an fyi. I'm surprised that flexible!

With what Virgin Voyages is doing they are going to have to be much more flexible on many things or begin losing passengers.  Virgin lets you change 3 days before sailing.

I took a VIRGIN cruise with my cousin last April and had to be dragged on kicking and screaming b/c I love CELEBRITY so much.. well, I left VIRGIN LOVING IT!!! And they honored my ELITE PLUS status I have with CELEBRITY. The food was like eating in EDEN every night!  Can't wait to go again!
