That will depend on the itinerary.  But generally, it is earlier than sea/port days, since they want everyone off the ship ASAP!

it does open a bit earlier.........i want to say 5:00 but do not have a past Daily in front of me.  It is also a slightly reduced menu but still plenty to eat.

I just saw a posting about Disembarkation Breakfast on The Encore.  It said breakfast in the MDR was 6:30 A.M.  Probably very similar for The Escape.

It was open from 6:30-8:30 on The Pearl last week, but we didn’t get there until 8:30 and many were still coming in. I think they stayed open late. O'Sheehan's was doing breakfast too and tge buffet opened early. MDR was good but no breakfast specials on the last day. Very simplified menu.

Just off the Gem last week, and the MDR was open 6:30-8 am the last day. On the Gem, the 8 closing time was a HARD stop… everyone not in the door at 8 was absolutely being turned away by the Grand Pacific restaurant host. 

 

The menu was downsized from the normal MDR breakfast menu: I asked for sautéed mushrooms and was told it wasn’t an option by the server because of the reduced options. Starbucks was open until 8:30, and I believe the buffet was open until 8:30 as well
