balcony4u Posted September 10, 2023 #1 Share Posted September 10, 2023 We have a cruise booked in April 2024. I get the "sorry, we have hit a snag" error when go to my app and bring up that cruise. I was able to look and book things months before we went on our Alaskan cruise this summer. uvadover Posted September 11, 2023 #7 Share Posted September 11, 2023 FWIW, the Android version of the app is super glitchy. To the point it was barely usable on our recent cruise.
