can't access Princess website?

Is it just me, or are others having difficulty too? I can access a few basic parts of it, but can't get it to load ANYTHING for "planning a cruise" from my computer on wifi, and when I try on my phone using data, it will load the cruises, but every single one says a blurb about "pricing not currently available for this date, blah blah blah"

 

It's been like this for over an hour now.

I tried to get to my up comming booked cruise and it has disapeared. I hope it is still there.

Same. Can't plan a cruise.

I'm logged in and viewing our March 2024 Enchanted cruise. Using a laptop, widows 10, google chrome.

I eventually was able to book my cruises... but even after doing so, it's been hit or miss viewing them.

Exactly why I call when I decide to book after doing my homework.

I haven't been able to log in on my PC since I cleared my cache and cookies. I can log in to the website on my iPhone. It's been at least a week.

It's been like this for over an hour now. 

 

 

 

 

Half the time I try to access their WEB site it is down.  Only an hour.  Relax.  It will be back up in a couple of days - maybe.

Ya, it sounds like I got off very easy compared to many others! LOL!!

It took me five or six tries this morning but I got in. This has been a normal occurrence.
