Addtional Baggage - Tui flight to Barbados

We have a confirmed Tui flight for our Arvia cruise departing 11/11/2023. We want to book additional baggage allowance and the information on the personaliser  says we have to contact Tui, but gives no number. All contact numbers I can find on the Tui site relate to direct bookings with Tui and don't get me anywhere.  Does anyone have the correct contact number for this?

Have you got a local TUI store? We have one quite close by and went in a couple of times with queries about recent holiday. They were very obliging.

Well, I endured the hour long wait on the phone to  P&O and finally have the details. Just in case anyone else has been looking for this, those on Tui flights wanting to book extra baggage allowance need to call Tui on 0204 578 0995, 3-5 days before departure quoting their booking reference. No indication on cost though.

What happens if you have been moved to the Maleth flights, our freinds cant even get on the site to pre book seats let alone look at extra luggage charges.

Rather unhelpfully, the flights FAQ in the personaliser says you need to contact the airline directly to purchase extra baggage, but doesn't give details, even for Tui, never mind Maleth.  Not much use I'm afraid!
