Carnival Elation from Jacksonville FL -5 day cruise (Halloween) Questions

Hello, I have a question or three, if anyone can help out. My mom and I will be taking the Elation out of Jacksonville up coming last week of October (Halloween- 5 day cruise). We have an ocean view cabin deck 7 (Empress) port side-AFT (more to the mid-back of the ship). 1) Will they assign a dinning room or do we choose between the imagination or inspiration? We have Any-Time dinning preference. 2) If we get to choose, which dinning room is the best? 3) Does anyone from a recent 5-day Nassau/Princess Cay (Mon sail-Sat. return) cruise what night is the formal dinning? 4) Last but not least, we have the drink package....are their any drink recommendations for the Alchemy bar? Any other great tips or things to avoid for Elation will be great.  Thanks and happy sailing! 🌞🌴🍸🍹🩴
