DW is always the Boss

She has the Princess bug, just booked a 14 nighter on SUN for Nov 2024

Just back from the Regal around the U.K. outta S’oton. Crown Grill and MDR  very enjoyable. Have booked the Ruby for later this year. Listen to the Boss and enjoy the Sun…

COVID got in the way of our 2020 British Isles Jolly on Regal - Glad you enjoyed it

Boss had Sky booked and now Sun is in the books and fully paid - Will be nice to sail another New ship

We are now mixing it up and just sailing what lines offer the best per person per day value for our needs

Happy days

Pompey are winning 5-1 EFL Trophy and our currently top of the league and unbeaten PUP PPU

Sounds like a different issue.  The Elite benefit for tender priority doesn't mean guest can board without first getting a ticket.  I believe the "old way" of just showing up and getting in line is gone - at least for early morning when tenders are busy.  Elites get a priority ticket or meet separately and are guided down to a tender when ready for them.  I think what you saw was guest attempting to board without first checking in for a ticket.

Currently on the Regal, and on the 1st leg of our B2B, the letter from GS indicating our Elite benefits said to just show up at the tender deck and show our medalions for priority service (or some such wording).  But I never tested this out as our Roll Call organized a timed escort to a tender on our 1st tender port as a group regardless of status, and DH and 1 were 10th in line with nobody holding tickets at all on our 2nd tender port.  It seems like every ship handles tendering differently, and it might even vary depending on the port.

She would just explain that she was a lucky girl who was raised on Princess cruises!

Just like Vicki Stubing was when her father was the Captain of the Pacific Princess.  LOL
