Yes, just from the port to airport.  Can vary a bit depending on traffic and which terminal.  We were off in one of the early groups (not the earliest though) and there was a long line of taxis waiting for us.

We booked Ride SAS $!5 per person 6 passengers or more $13 per person, from FLL to Miami hotel.
