PrivaSea Balcony on JOY

I have tried to research this subject on every available site and even called NCL.  I am booked on the JOY for March 2024, and it was suppose to be an angled balcony cabin 10346.  However, during my search it is listed as PrivaSea, and have no clue if this cabin is enclosed or a normal balcony.  NCL rep can only say its a hull balcony.   Any information/picture would be helpful.   Thanks

I have good news and bad news.....

The good news is that the deck plan for Joy has the PrivaSea symbol in many places where it doesn't belong....

..and 10346 is not enclosed nor obstructed.

The bad news is that 10946 is not an angled balcony so you might have to move to 10342 for an angled balcony (see thread below)...

I recently sailed on Joy in 10942 which is an angled balcony.  My sister was in 10342 which is also angled.  We switched to  those cabins after reading the above referenced thread.  10346 and 10946 are not angled.  My invoice noted in red that 10942 is an enclosed balcony.  This is incorrect - it was not an enclosed or a hull balcony.
