Cruise Credit Question?

Some of my cruises I get 2 cruise credits for, others only 1. I have done a 12 day Med and only got 1 credit, did 3 7 days and got 2 credits, does anyone know how this is determined? Does a balcony count as more than an inside?

1 credit per person per voyage (not booking) number. Example: Two 7 day cruises booked as one 14 day booking will earn 2 credits.

1 additional credit for solo in a cabin

2 credits for being in a full suite

3 credits for a solo being in a full suite.

Yes, but if those were booked at 2 7 days B2B cruises (with 2 booking numbers), you'd get 4 credits.  So the booking number is important too.

A b2b cruise has two different Princess voyage numbers. These are the numbers assigned to each voyage by Princess. Pre-medallion you would find these numbers on your cruise card.

If you book a b2b as two different cruises with different booking numbers or as a single cruise with one booking number you receive the same amount of credits. It's one credit per voyage number with additional credits for solos, and full suites.  There is no difference related to booking numbers. I'm guessing by mentioning 4 credits you are either in a full suite or a solo cruises. You receive the 4 credits based on there being 2 voyages not 2 booking numbers.

One exception that I experienced...I booked a balcony as a solo (2 credits) but was upgraded to a full suite. I got all the suite perks but not the 3rd credit because they said that I hadn't paid for a suite. Fair enough...it was a marvelous experience and I'm already Elite.
