I've never known NCL's CAS to run their own promotions.  I just watch NCL for their promotions.

They are not helping themselves. This week 3300 passengers and only 300 invited guests. Prob less than 10 R&E level guests.

Invited guests were an important part of their return to cruising.  Someone upstairs is crunching numbers and making some interesting decisions lately.
