4 Day LAX to YVR Casino Operations?

Would a 4 day voyage that has no port stops allow the Casino to be open? (its disembark day, 3 days at sea then arrive Vancouver Canada. This is for the May 7, 2024 sailing on Sapphire. Thanks in Advance!

I can't think of a reason why not, esp b/c they are sea days. 

 

When you are in port, that's when the local laws apply, the same laws that usually force the casino to close.

Yes, we have done similar repositioning cruises from LA to Vancouver and the casino opens after the ship leaves Los Angeles and stays open throughout until shortly before the arrival in Vancouver when you enter Canadian waters.
