Drinks package and gratuities

Sorry, another drinks/gratuities question for a newbie. I am looking at the drinks package for our Iona cruise next year, am I right in thinking that if I buy the drinks package it includes gratuities?

Gratuities are included in the P&O cruise price.

There is no gratuity uplift on P&O drinks.
