Glo Night Paddle Board Sold out

The only excursion we wanted to do at ocean cay was the glo paddle boarding. It shows as sold out on day 1 but day 2 excursions are not listed. 
Our ta gets the same thing if she logs in.

Is there a number to call for excursions? 
What are the odds of being able yo book onboard?

If you call MSC, there use to be an extension (For XXX press) for excursions; do not know if they still have it.
