Discovery Princess — Fitness Center Change Rooms

On the deck plans, I see there is both a men’s and women’s change room attached to the fitness center on Deck 17. Has anyone used these? Are there day lockers? Is there a place to shower off?

The answer should be yes to both questions. All the ships that I've been on had very nice, roomy showers (great for those who don't fit into the cabin showers or want to avoid the dreaded shower curtain) and lockers with a key on a wristband.

Yes, to both questions. IIRC, in the changing rooms on most Royal class ships, there are 2 showers, one for accessibility needs. I believe the lockers work by keyless self set combination locks.

 

I have not seen key on a wristband on Princess for many years, especially on Royal class, since fitness center is not by Spa, so no reception to get a locker key.

Thanks for your input! I like to workout but sometimes the back and forth to the room is more than I want.
