Taxi to Beach

Is it easy once we exit the cruise ship to grab a taxi to a beach?  Will they drop off and come back for you?  We are thinking of Blue Bay Beach or Casa Abao.

we usually either tell the driver when to come and get us to take us back to the ship, or he gives us his phone number and we ask the bar staff to call them from a local phone about 30-45 minutes before we want to leave.
