SFB Departure times

I see a lot of info out there for MCO but not so much for SFB. We are looking at flying Allegiant into and out of SFB. Our cruise returns on a Sunday. I know it takes about 1:15 to get from Port Canaveral to SFB. I'm trying to determine if a 12:15pm departure would be doable. We will likely do Uber or if the surge pricing is too much we will take a shuttle over to Avis and do a rental.

The issues are the same/similar. I would be concerned about an Uber/Lyft driver's willingness to go to SFB- if they are thinking about the "next" rider, they may not want to go to SFB. Finding a driver could introduce a delay in leaving Canaveral- a noon flight is  as early as you can make it safely unless you are carrying off your bags.
