Stingray City and Laviscount island combination tour

We are on Silhouette in feb, which only has 7 hours in Antigua 10 am until 5 pm.

Would this be sufficient to do a combination of Stingray City and Laviscount island? Our kids really wants to meet both the stingrays and the turtles.

 

Does anyone know of any reputable tour operators that does the combination of the two, and that caters to cruise tourists?

Pillars and Stingray are in the schedule, along with a full circumnavigation of Antigua, sights, swims, snorkel, lunch etc.
