Odd, we usually get balcony offers, but it looks like they are scaling back on room offers also:

My offers were improved, already went and booked all we could squeeze in for 2025, and made a few swaps for things already booked!

 

My partner’s offers remained almost identically to what she already had, but hers had been better than mine already.  So I don’t think there was a general reduction in offers.

I was getting free balconies, DOUE for myself and companion, with some freeplay also.

 

Last May I was on the Horizon and my husband was diagnosed with COVID.  We were quarantined for 4 days, so our gambling was less than usual.

 

Then in October we were on the Legend with our grown kids and 6 grandkids, all aged 7 and under.  Again, our gambling was less than usual since we were exhausted every day and night!  lol

 

Now I'm getting free Ocean View and Interior with some DOE for myself and companion and some freeplay, but not the same as the previous offers.

How often do yuo guy play on each cruise to get these free offers. I like the casino but I do not want to spend all my times on a cruise in the casino. How much time a day do you guys spent playing on yuor cruises?

Offers aren't tied to just casino play, more important are targeted marketing data. Bottom line is there are no free cruises, just prepaid.

I usually spend about 2-4 hours in the casino after dinner virtually every night. My wife will play about $200 on blackjack and will stay if she wins or does something else if she loses.

 

I can't tell you what carnival's criteria is for giving out free rooms, but my wife gets much better offers than I do. I spend thousands while she might play $200-$500 on a 7 day cruise.
