these changes don`t make sense to me.

In some cases the times in port are reduced but overall the time at sea is reduced significantly.

I`m a bit surprised.

Thank you for posting this.  NCL hasn't bothered to inform me yet.

Anyone know where and what a Laguna San Rafael is?  I found it on the map but I don't see any port close.

Tender port. Check NCL sister company, Oceania website.
