My nephew has to cancel his Royal Caribbean cruise 3 days before sailing, due to a work emergency. He took out the insurance offered by Royal. How does he access it to find out if he has any recourse. Thanks

Go towards the bottom where it says departures after 1.01.24. Click on his state and download the policy for details.
