Does anyboby knows how Iconic Cuts add ons work in Icon of the Seas Chops Grille, can a pay extra for Wagyu Sirlon, and still can order a Branzino from the regular menu?, my family and I will be on Icon of the Seas on the march 23,2023 sailing

. Also curious if it is in place of, or just added as a second plate. Makes the Porterhouse a tempting add on.

It is in place of not in addition to the original entree

Is the 12oz filet a higher quality than the normal chops filet?  Otherwise it seems crazy to pay $32.99 for 3 oz additional
