Princess upgrade to tundra wilderness tour from natural history tour in Denali

I’ve made two calls to Princess and spoke to a supervisor. No one seems to know how to upgrade a natural history tour in Denali to the Tundra Wilderness Tour. Any advice?  Anyone had success doing this?  I was told it was a simple upgrade before.

Our Princess CVP did it for us with a quick phone call. It took just a couple minutes. Do you have a CVP or TA? It should be a simple thing, sorry you're having issues.

On our RCCL cruise our tour guide on the bus asked once we boarded the bus who wanted to upgrade.  Actually, they encouraged everyone to upgrade who had not, and I think everyone did.

Not sure if Princess is same, but it appears it can be done once you get on your tour as a backup plan.

You can do it at the desk of your hotel once you are on the land portion.  You cannot do it on the ship.  It’s two separate companies.

Longer tour that goes further into the park so you see more animals.

Go to the Denali Park website.  They have information on all the tours and links to the vendor.
