Any experience with pre-Sydney or post Singapore included stays?

Considering a cruise with both options 3 day pre or post would appreciate any one who has done either's takes.

We did the precruise in Singapore. It was very good. The hotel was excellent and in a great location. We had a very good guide and got to see a lot of Singapore. We stayed on our own in Sidney after the cruise. It depends which city you'd prefer to see more of. I recommend Singapore and a couple of days in Sidney after the cruise. Either tour is good.

We did a 3 night pre cruise Regent package in Sydney last month. It was fabulous. Tours included a comfy bus and a wonderful guide to Taronga Zoo, private tour of the opera house, Botanical Garden, Sydney tower, Bondi Beach and a dinner cruise around Sydney harbor. We stayed at the Four Seasons hotel and it was exceptional.
