Balloon Experience on Coco Cay

Has anyone experienced the balloon ride on Coco Cay? What did you think? I’m worried it might seem unquantifiable disappointing.

I enjoyed the balloon ride. It has a large circular basket. We had to stay still while the balloon rose.  However, after that we could move around in the basket.  We enjoyed looking at all the venues on the island and seeing the parts of the island you never see.

The only thing I'd be worried about being disappointing is if the balloon is even open! We've been to Coco four times since they added the balloon and we've never seen it move, ever. 😞 

Would like to try it some day tho', I've done the one at Disney World

Ultimately we decide against booking the balloon. Thanks for your feedback though.
