Freestyle soda - no seltzer

Hi all,

 

The soda fountains are great.  What I was surprised about on the wonder is that there is no button for plain seltzer.  I asked around and also pressed around and there’s the option for every imaginable flavor except plain seltzer.

 

I have never seen a soda machine or fountain that doesn’t have a plain seltzer option.  Does anyone know if this is the case on all ships?

hmm..not sure. I know it had plain sparkling water...don't recall seltzer. Can probably just ask at the bar for that

Seems in this case the term is being used interchangeably but what the machine says is sparkling water, is actually seltzer by definition.

We were just on Adventure, and the sparkling water..  the AHA coke product is the closest thing they have on the freestyle machines.

Thanks.  I didn't see an option for sparkling water on these machines on the Wonder.  We clicked around and it was only flavored products.

This was on Oasis a few months ago, when you clicked the AHA button on the left, it opened a second screen with the flavors and one was always just "sparkling water" then there were others listed like Lime, Orange, cherry flavored....etc.

The AHA was also on the Icon - it was all my husband drank from the freestyle machines
