Beach locations with wifi?

I did a search of this subforum and found only two references to wifi availability on a beach.

One was on Arashi beach (Arashi beach shack), and one at Cocoloco at Eagle beach. However, we were at Cocoloco beach bar last year, and they didn't have wifi at that time.

 

If not on the beach, then close to the port, please?

In the port area, there's a Starbucks at Renaissance Marketplace, just past the waterfront.

reporting: we went to the beach in front of Divi Phoenix hotel and, when asked nicely, the hotel employee simply gave us the password for wifi.
