Is it possible to cancel pre-purchases like internet ?

Hi all, hope you're all well out there.  I paid for 2 internet packages for our upcoming cruise.  Sure enough I got a promo-code for 15% off after I placed the order.  Is there anyway to cancel the order so that I can take advantage of the coupon code?

I canceled and rebooked with a code w/no issue. Just know if you paid w/CC it will be a few days before the refund hits your card. If you paid w/OBC, it will be back in your account very quickly.

No need for your PVP, you can do it online in your booking manager.
