When and where are Evening Chic nights posted?

I was looking in the App, and cannot find where, if anywhere, which nights are designated for Evening Chic attire. Does Celebrity post these in advance, or is it simply necessary to wait until we are aboard? (Cruise begins in 5 days)

EC nights are not explicitly declared anywhere in advance of a cruise.

If you're on a cruise that has the same itinerary, you can look that up and get a good idea, e.g., if the one this week is going to be the same as the one you're on.  Or if you post which one you're going on, people can generally give advice as to what days will be Chic Night.  Most often on sea days and never the last night.

I believe there is only one EC night for a five night sailing.

In the Celebrity app, look under Welcome aboard!  It lists pertinent topics for that day and will state if casual or evening chic that night.  Not sure how far out from the cruise it will be listed, ours was about a month out from cruise.
