Car rental Quebec city?

Has anyone rented a car here?  We are docked from 9 to 6. We are most interested in the falls and St Anne's basilica, with time left to walk around the old city.  Thanks

Hello, if you don't want to opt for an excursion, renting a car could be a good option. It is quite easy to access the falls with public transit, for Sainte-Anne on the other hand, I wouldn't even think about it. If you go ahead with the rental, I believe this location is one of the closest to the port. Welcome to Quebec.

You could easily do those things for about $100 with Uber and not have to rent a car at all. You'll save a ton of time not having to pick up and drop off and it will most likely cost the same, if not less than renting.
