is Ocean Cafe open for lunch when they dock at coco cay?

I know royal is a good brand and I like 2 but I now the lunch at coco cay is not that good compared to the lunch celebrity provides onboard. I was wondering if they gonna keep the ocean view open when they dock at coco cay.

Yes.  You don't have to get off the ship to eat, you can always find the buffet open at mealtimes.
