Bed Configuration Request

Greetings,

When and where should we make our bed configuration requests? I don't want to bother the housekeeping team on embarkation day (if I can avoid it). Thank you.

You could try doing it via the app, but you will likely see your cabin attendant and should request it then.

Where in the app is this done? I've checked but don't see any indicator.

That option (usually under the Welcome Aboard link) is typically not available until on board and connected to ship wifi.

We have always gotten an email a couple of days before the cruise, with a link allowing us to make any requests such as this.  We do it then, and it's always done right.

They definitely don’t get it right all the time. On our last cruise our cabin had the beds together, as requested. For our adult children sharing a cabin the beds were also together, although they had been requested to be apart. I’m not even sure the cabin steward ever sees the request.
