I'm confused by your question because if the title of your thread. Halifax isn't on the Bay of Fundy, Saint John is.

But if you're just interested in shopping at Pier 22 in Halifax, yes there are lots of small shopping outlets in Cruise Pavilion 22:

Hi...sorry for the confusion. Besides, Halifax, we are also going to Saint John (Bay of Fundy).

 

We booked a private tour for Halifax already, now we just need to know what to do while in Saint John.

Just in Saint John again this past October on our Canada NE cruise. There's a fairly new shopping area (container village) right at the port.

 

 

 

Also it's an easy walk to the famous City Market.
