We have a Greek Islands cruise booked with RCCL Voyager of the Seas, May 2024. We end in Rome.  The actual port is Civitavecchia.

Does RCCL offer a tour that that's you from there with your suitcases to Rome? We plan on spending a couple of days in Rome but it's an hour from the port. Any suggestions what's the best way to get there would be appreciated.

Do you need a tour?  You could just do a transfer, drop your bags off at the hotel, and head out on your own.  All hotels will accept your things even if the room is not ready to check into.
