Sun Princess: Reserve Collection Restaurant

My wife and I are sailing on the Sun Princess this March.  We had booked a Reserve (now Sanctuary) Collection Mini-suite.  We do know that dinner will be served in the Reserve Collection Restaurant on Deck 7.

Our question, is will this restaurant be serving both breakfast and lunch , including both port and sea days.  

In addition, will this restaurant have a Special Menu.

While the Reserve Collection Restaurant does serve Mini-Suites currently, we don't know if they are making changes to the setup with the Sanctuary Collection changes in October e.g. a merge with the Signature Restaurant. 

When we were onboard last month, breakfast was 7 to 9:30am, dinner 5 to 9pm but they only served lunch on sea days 11:30 to 1pm.

From discussions on CanadianBurgers live from thread (lots of pics of Reserve menus), Reserve menus had mostly the same dishes as the MDR but with upgraded ingredients. So better quality shellfish and steak. The port breakfast menu was much more extensive than the MDR however. The Reserve and Signature restaurants share their own kitchen.
