Excursion Sale…

Last month I finally rebooked our Mediterranean cruise we originally had for 2020. We are sailing on the Ascent next year for our first Celebrity cruise.

 

I received an alert through the app for a flash sale on excursions, internet, etc.  Does this frequently occur or a once in a while offer? Thanks for any guidance. We are taking a break from NCL to go for a little more upscale with Celebrity.

Whatever pre-cruise purchases you make on the planner are cancelable and fully refundable to your CC used to purchase them up until 2-days prior to your sailing date. (After that it would be credited as an OBC, subject to certain purchases T's & C's).  If you used OBC for any of the purchase it, too, will be reinstated.

 

Sale prices come and go, and are not predictable. So if you see a price that seems attractive, I would suggest purchasing it and then continue to watch to see if the pricing improves, at which point you can cancel and rebook at the better price.

I was able to cancel and rebook a disembarkation half day excursion (30% flash sale) that drops us off at the airport.  Saved about $60 over what we had already saved (I think it was 10% off when we originally booked.)
