No Portland stops on 2025 Baltimore cruises

While I'm not a fan of the thousands roaming downtown Portland on cruise ship days, as far as I know, we haven't tried to limit passenger landings since 2022, when it was defeated.  There is, however, only room for two large ships at a time, and I think port calls to Portland are increasing as Bar Harbor restrictions come into play.
