what is the port name in San Francisco

Does anyone know the name of the port in San Francisco, and about how far it is from SFO. This is for Princess cruises (regal)

The Regal Princess leaves from Pier 35 (right next to Pier 39). It's about 20 - 25 minutes from SFO by car (cab or shuttle).

Thanks for the info. Deevmo, SFO is the correct airport right? We will be coming from LAX, just a short trip.

SFO is correct. Does Princess offer a transfer from the airport to pier? I work at SFO and Monday there were people in baggage claim holding Princess signs, just like Seattle.

SFO is the correct airport. I would give yourself about 45 minutes as it really depends based on traffic.

 

And it is defiintely Pier 35.

 

We have cruised out of San Franciso and it is wonderful to leave and/or return to this city on a cruise ship. Be sure to be on deck when you leave.

Thanks boom & Keith, I have found that super shuttle charges 15.00 p.p. one way. Princess charges 27.00 p.p. one way. I figure that is a little bit of a savings I can use on an excursion or something. Yes, I am a penny pincher. I am already having nightmares about not getting to the ship on time. :eek: We are booking the flight on our own, so we are going to arrive in SF earlier than we should. I think I will start a new thread and ask anyone if they have used super shuttle at SFO. Thanks!!
