Briliance in San Juan

I've seen different answers on these boards as to where the Brilliance ties up in San Juan PR. Some say "RCL owns the Pan American Pier, so it goes there." Others say, "I was on the Brilliance and we docked at Old Town San Juan." Anyone have the straight poop, or do the docking locations differ, depending on the cruise date? We will be stopping there on our 1/3/5 cruise from Miami, not originating from there.

We tied up at the Old San Juan Pier when we pulled in on the Brilliance.

When did they buy the Pan Am pier? If recently, maybe they plan to dock there this year? Just guessing.
