Shore Excursion Start Times

We are looking through the excursion booklet that we have received for our August 31st cruise on the Pride. We are considering doing two tours in one of the ports (the compimentary one along with another one that we are very interested in). Does anyone know if we can find out the times of the excursions prior to boarding the ship so we can figure out if this is even doable. Would the Seabourn office know? Who do we call?
