Can I Do 2 Excursions a Day?

All ports are walkable from your ship. You can do as many activies as you wish. But I do suggest you plan carefully and make the most of your time. Group tours in the same areas together, avoid backtracking if possible. Go with vender's recommendations for timing if booking independent- extremely simple to arrange yourself.

Certainly do-able, just make sure there is at least an hour between them. We did 2 in Skagway - WPR and Evening Wilderness Adventure from Princess. There was an hour and a half between them which we used to grab a quick lunch at a restaurant on the docks - a very busy restaurant but good at processing lots of folks very quickly. I didn't keep track of there name, but there were only 2 and they were the closest to the ships.

Many of our excursions had short delays - due to weather, train conflicts, etc., animals that everyone wanted to watch for a while, etc. Expect them and plan for them.
