What is NCF?

When booking a cruise after you get to the fare breakdown, there's the fare, gov't taxes and fees, insurance and something listed as NCF.

 

Anybody know what that is?

Non commissionable fare---what used to be called port taxes. No commission is paid to the TA on thios portion of the fare.

Actually, I believe the F stands for fee, not fare.
