Hi I have been assigned a cat N inside cabin... I now see a cat. L cabin for the same price. This is a price reduction for the cat L. I don't know if the cat. N was reduced or not because there aren't any cat N left. I'm trying to get an upgrade...what do you think will happen if I call and ask for an upgrade base on these facts. This all may sound stupid but you never know unless you try Thanks

Should be no problem at all. There are also some new resident rates out now for that sailing. Have you TA check or go to RCL's site and select the cabin category you're in and your state and see what price comes up. You can also upgrade for nothing if there is a better category at the price you pd.

We are on the same sailing - Explorer on 9/22 - we did a balcony guarantee and have a cabin on deck 6 in the front of the ship - I've heard lots of opinions about being so far up front and deck 6 balconies....some not so good. Is it possible to switch when you booked a guarantee thru a TA? We live in Mass and DH is 55.......thanks for any info!
