I went over and read all 4 pages when I read this last night. It's a test on 1 ship and they're all doom and gloom.

Some are complaining that they have a set table and time for all their cruises this is going to ruin it.

When I sailed on HAL I mentioned that I wasn't going to go out and buy a sportscoat for 1 nights dinner (semi formal night) but I would have a tux on for the other 2 nights it was like I committed a crime against humanity!:D

Bill, yep, it is a test on one ship: I can't wait to see what happens. As for the tux thing and sport jacket. We are trying to decide about DH and clothes. He will take the tux as well, but really prefers not to drag a sports jacket. Back to your comments about the set table and time: This blows my mind, heavens to Betsy, someone may have to give up the table they have been sitting at the last 27 HAL cruises over 50 years. The other argument that catches my eye: We won't have the structure anyone with someone telling us exactly when to eat etc. Are these 5 year old kids or adults? Do they think they might forget to eat if they don't have a set time.

Oh and for Droopy_sails, yes, it seems it will follow what Princess calls Personal Choice. NMnita
