Snow in September

Will there still be snow on the mountains in September? We will be on the Vision the first week in September and being from Central Texas do not get to see snow very often.

There will definitely be some left over from previous years - the glaciers and snowfields - and there could also be a dusting of fresh snow on the higher peaks. Some years the "termination dust" arrives in late August.

I was just reading through the old posts to help plan our trip in Sept and see that you are on our cruise. Vision Sept 3 from Vancouver...I believe you are the first one I have found on our cruise. :) As of yesterday, I was convinced that my husband and I were the only ones on board!
