SD2 Engine Fire this morning

Information has just been received regarding an engine fire onboard SD2 during the early morning hours at sea. Thanks to the quick response of the Captain and Crew, there were no injuries, but there is damage to the engine room. There will be more information forthcoming.

Heard this from friends who are on board. All I can say is "Yikes". I understand that the situation was handled expertly and that all is well on board now and we send our best wishes to all.
