I got the impression that was not the first time he had worn that particular garment Janice.

 

However there were several people in jeans and shorts, so the breakfast dress code is "iffy" at best.

I personally feel the staff felt threatened by Willie in a tank top.:)

That's GREAT to hear. I enjoy tanks and sleeveless blouses. I might even get brave and wear them with "once-forbidden" jeans on a casual night! :D
