Anyone having trouble with the Carnival website?

I am trying to access my account on the website, but it keeps telling me I need to sign in. I have signed in, in fact it says my name and guest number at the top. Anyone else having this problem?

I have noticed that also....dont know what is going on, I have had to sign in twice to access the pages!

I had this problem a couple of months ago. I called tech support & they told me to turn off my pop-up blocker. I did & have been able to log on ever since. I know it sounds crazy (at least to me), but something worked.

I use Mozilla Firefox as a browser and I always have to log in to access the account even though the homepage welcomes me and tells me how many days till my next cruise.

It's weird, I can sign on, but when I try and access my account it tells me I need to sign on. So I try again, and it still doesn't work. Guess I'll call tech support.

Weird, I can access the site from my husbands laptop, but not my laptop. I wonder what is wrong.

For about 24 hours the boards were down. I could not access them at all. I was just able to get on here a few minutes ago.

Yes, this one has been down since it went bonkers around 1pm EST yesterday.

When you sign in to the CCL sight, I allways have to use the sign in box on the right of the page. If you haven't registered a site name and don't have one of their long passwords, you won't get in. I had to E-mail them to get a new password in the past, even though I had a valid one before. I haven't had a problem since. Hope this helps

Yea it is back working fine now. It really suxed yesterday because we had another blizzard yesterday to today. Fifth week in a row for us. Before I was always able to come here but until about an hour ago I had the blizzard and no CC to contend with.
