Longin2cruise Posted January 20, 2007 #4 Share Posted January 20, 2007 I had this problem a couple of months ago. I called tech support & they told me to turn off my pop-up blocker. I did & have been able to log on ever since. I know it sounds crazy (at least to me), but something worked.
buddyjo143 Posted January 20, 2007 #5 Share Posted January 20, 2007 I use Mozilla Firefox as a browser and I always have to log in to access the account even though the homepage welcomes me and tells me how many days till my next cruise.
TravelingSmurf Posted January 20, 2007 Author #6 Share Posted January 20, 2007 It's weird, I can sign on, but when I try and access my account it tells me I need to sign on. So I try again, and it still doesn't work. Guess I'll call tech support. Cari

jayscore Posted January 22, 2007 #11 Share Posted January 22, 2007 When you sign in to the CCL sight, I allways have to use the sign in box on the right of the page. If you haven't registered a site name and don't have one of their long passwords, you won't get in. I had to E-mail them to get a new password in the past, even though I had a valid one before. I haven't had a problem since. Hope this helps
