Where does the Triumph dock in San Juan?

We'll be in San Juan in June on the Triumph. It will be our fourth time in San Juan, but it's been a few years. Twice we docked where we could walk right into Old Town, but the other time, the ship had to dock on the far side of the water, making it necessary to take a taxi in. We're still deciding whether we want to take a shore tour or just walk around and explore and maybe visit the forts.

Actually, the Triumph will be changing its itinerary soon. It will be calling on San Juan every other Wednesday from 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. I wonder if that means the pier will change as well?

cruisemom2, we're doing that same itinerary next year and can't wait! You'll have to let me know what you thought of it, and what you did in each port, when you return! I'm hoping to read enough information online that I feel comfortable doing my own thing in San Juan. I'd prefer not to do a ship excursion.

According to this calendar, your ship will dock at Pier 4, OSJ. Pier 3 is the Pan Am pier where Serenade docks on Saturday, so Pier 4, where your ship docks on Monday, is the dock across the way in OSJ.
